I've been keeping a journal for 40 years — and for the last ten, every single morning without fail. The AlphaBet Journal began as a small wager — that there are still women out there who would rather wait for the mail than scroll through it.

Each month I write you a letter. It begins in my journal, in ink, on a quiet morning. I type it up, have it printed, and mail it to you with a small original artwork, a mantra worth keeping, a journal prompt, and one surprise of my choosing.
