Free Download: 30 Journal Prompts to Help You Begin. Or Begin Again.
30 prompts to help you begin. Or begin again.
A free guided journal PDF — because the blank page shouldn't stop you.

If you've been meaning to journal for a while now — or you used to, but you’re not sure where to start — this is for you.
This isn’t a course or a challenge. Just 30 prompts organized around three things that matter: Beauty, Connection, and Reflection.
The prompts aren’t numbered. You can start with whichever one calls to you. Journal with your morning coffee or late at night when the house is finally quiet. There's no wrong way to show up.
The only requirement is that you do.
A few prompts from inside, so you know what you're getting:
"Write about a small, ordinary moment from this week that contained something beautiful — something quiet that you almost missed."
"What is one thing you've been carrying lately that you haven't said out loud to anyone? Write it here. Let the page hold it for you."
"Write an encouraging letter to the woman you're becoming. What do you want her to know about the journey she's on?"
Over the next two weeks I'll send you a few notes — a little about my practice and a little about what I make.
